Our Project management process includes the following stages: planning, coordinating, organizing, initiating, executing, monitoring and closing of a company's resources (human and financial capital). in addition, goals and objectives are defined along with completion dates of the project components. Also, checkpoints are set to ensure completed components met with the target standard. This process might vary and is specifically tailored to the needs of the project activities.
World-Class Organization are built on two concepts: cost management and quality assurance. For the cost,  where Core Strategic objectives are defined and set, assisting people to target the cost at initial stage, to evaluate results and take appropriate action as necessary in order to meet core strategic objectives that covers companywide activities to acquire profit in the short and long - term. This activity involves the financial performance analysis, budgeting and cost planning of the right areas and activities within the value stream then set as allowances for the manufacturing team to measure and improve continuously in order to sustain the profitability ratio.
DCG assists organization in the Strategic planning to define its direction, and making decisions and how resources should be configured to pursue this strategy. It may also extend to control mechanisms for guiding the implementation of the strategy.

Most Lean initiatives conducted by manufacturers are focused mostly on production activities. Much of the untapped potential for productivity improvements lies, however, in non-production areas where the value stream relates to management. These management and office value streams directly support the daily production needs of a factory. Here DCG engage 1) to demonstrate to administrative work what would result in the office if change takes place. 2) DCG assist in engaging the staffs in the improvement process from mapping to troubleshooting and implementation driving the change that will allow the staffs to accelerate and coordinate supporting each other.
