The Lean Enterprise Center was developed to improve in-depth understanding about Lean Transformation on both the shop floor and throughout the company’s administrative areas.

Whether it’s known as Lean manufacturing, Kaizen promotion or the Toyota Production System, much of what is understood today about Lean is incomplete.    Even senior management at companies who are attempting to go Lean or considering the changeover, often fail to understand the overall culture and principles behind the system.

A successful Lean structure requires evenly balanced support.  Likewise, a well-grounded foundation pushes improvement to ever-higher levels and achievements.  The more companies can learn about Lean, the better their chances of a successful and continuous Lean experience.  See the comprehensive list below of Lean Subjects to discover more.
